A straightforward 3-step selection process designed to identify passionate, committed candidates ready to make a real difference.

This is a self-sponsored professional Fellow — you invest in your own growth and development. While self-sponsored, fellows receive compensation for meaningful work contributions. Think of it like a partially subsidised bootcamp that pays you while you learn.
Yes! Final-year undergraduate students are eligible. You must be able to commit full-time (on-site in Yaoundé) for the entire 4-month duration starting a week after you apply.
The program is open to applicants between the ages of 18 and 30 years old. This ensures the Fellow remains focused on early-career development and young professional growth.
Bilingualism is a significant advantage given our West African mission, but it is not a strict requirement. Strong communication skills in at least one language (English preferred) are essential.
No. You must submit one application only, selecting your most preferred track. Submitting two or more applications will automatically disqualify you from the program.
The program is fully on-site in Yaoundé, Cameroon — specifically at Carrefour Biyem Assi / Douala Carrefour Rail KM 5. Remote participation is not available for this cohort.
